ACTivate: artists with purpose, a program of Voices Amplified, presents our annual end of the year showcase featuring their award-winning production of the one-act Disney’s Descendants. Act Two will consist of musical theatre and contemporary favorites plus some original material created by the company. The evening will end with a farewell to our graduating Seniors.

From the visionary book writer of Avenue Q, Head over Heels is set to the music of the iconic 1980’s all-female rock band The Go-Go’s, featuring the hit songs, “We Got the Beat” and “Our Lips Are Sealed” Head over Heels is a hilarious, exuberant celebration of love. The musical follows the escapades of a royal family on an outrageous journey to save their beloved kingdom from extinction—only to discover the key to their realm’s survival lies within each of their own hearts. The character’s journeys center on equity, inclusion, self discovery, and acceptance.

Cranking up the volume on voices, stories and action, Voices Amplified is stoked to bring you an interview podcast featuring the artists, activists, volunteers, community leaders and organizers that have been inspirational to our work for the past eight years.
Voices Amplified's premiere fundraiser, Tonight Belongs To You, happened in February of 2023. All proceeds support Voices Amplified and their June 2023 production of The Prom: the Musical. Check back for information regarding our 2024 Annual Fundraiser.
